There are two methods of making a fund deposit (top up) request to your Stacker Market account–bank transfer and SGPMX Trading Account. This tutorial shows you can request for a fund deposit from your SGPMX Trading Account.
Before you begin, kindly check that you have sufficient funds in your SGPMX Trading Account to ensure a smooth transaction.
Step 1: Logging on
Once logged in to your dashboard, press “Deposit” at the top action bar.
Step 2: Make deposit
Select "SGPMX Trading Account" and fill in the amount you would like to request to be transferred. Then, click "Submit".
Note:
The minimum deposit amount is USD 100.00.
Congratulations, your request has been submitted!
Your deposit request will be processed if you have sufficient fund balance in your SGPMX Trading Account. Our system will inform you via email about the transaction. The status will only be reflected on the dashboard transaction history once the funds have been processed.
