How to make a fund deposit into my account via bank transfer?

There are two methods of making a fund deposit (top up) request to your Stacker Market account–bank transfer and SGPMX Trading Account. This tutorial shows you how to make the fund deposit request via bank transfer.

Step 1: Logging on

Once logged in to your dashboard, press “Deposit” at the top action bar.

Select the Deposit shortcut button on the dashboard.

Step 2: Make deposit

Select "Bank transfer".

Make a deposit to the bank details shown in the Deposit page.

Notes:

Stacker Market does not recognise third party accounts (accounts not registered to your name.
The minimum deposit amount is USD 500.00.

Select Bank Transfer and then make the transfer to the bank account details shown.

Step 3: Fill in deposit details

In the deposit form, enter the following information of your:

Bank name
Bank account number
Bank account name
Top up amount
Upload bank transfer receipt - image file formats supported are .jpg, .gif, .png, .pdf at maximum 5MB file size

Then, click "Submit".

Enter your bank details and press Submit.

Congratulations, your transaction is complete!

Your deposit request will be processed as soon as your funds are received in our bank account. Our system will inform you via email about the transaction. The status will only be reflected on the dashboard transaction history once the funds have been processed.
