If there are issues with the documents or details submitted during the registration process, you will receive an email indicating the issue with the initial documents submitted.

For issues related to the identification document, the submission will need to meet the following criteria:

  • All details on the identification document is clear and legible.

  • The identification document uploaded should have the same identification document number that you had keyed in during the registration process.

  • Documents must not be expired.

  • Only scanned or photographed documents in the electronic file formats such as .jpg, .png, .gif or .pdf are accepted.
