I would like to open a Trust Account. What do I need to prepare?

Documents/things to prepare for opening a Trust Account on Stacker Market™.

There are two sections of the Trust account opening - Representative Details and Trust Details.

Part 1: Representative Details

Before starting, please note that the person opening the account should be authorised to sign on behalf of the Trust.

You will need to prepare the following documents/items:

What to provide

Identification document

One of the following:

  • Passport - page where your image is shown in the document

  • National ID - front and back of document

Note: The document being uploaded should have the same identification document number that you had keyed in during the registration process.

Identification video

A selfie with the personal identification document.

Note: In the photo, the details on the identification document has to be clear and legible. Both face and document should not be blocked.

Proof of address

One of the following:

  • Bank statement

  • Utility bill

  • Phone bill

Note: The proof of address should state your name and address, and statement date is not older than 3 months.

P.O. Box addresses are not accepted.

Part 2: Trust Details

For Trust Account applications, you will need to upload the documents below (the documents must show the applicant/Trust’s name and address).

What to provide

Passport or ID card

Identification documents for the Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO), Trustee or Persons Authorised to act in your Trust

Proof of address

Bank statement or utility bill with Trust name and address, that are not older than 3 months

Trust Certificate/Agreement

Certified true copy

Other trust details that you will need to prepare includes:

  1. Trust name

  2. Date of establishment of the Trust
