If there are issues with the documents or details submitted during the registration process, you will receive an email indicating the issue with the initial documents submitted.
For issues related to the Proof of Address, your document might not have met one or more of the following criteria.
Your proof of address can be your utility company bill, bank/financial institution statement, or government authority letters that contains:
Full name of applicant
Full address that matches the address user had input in the system
Issuance date within last 3 months
The following are not accepted:
P.O. Box addresses
The scan/photograph must include all four corners of the document. Only the page containing your name and address is required. You may redact your personal details such as transactions if you want to.

Do make sure that all details are legible, clear, and complete. Submissions can be in any of the following formats: jpg / png / gif / pdf.
