Funds clearance will vary depending on the type of currency and the country origin of the deposit.

You will be able to utilise the funds upon funds clearance by the bank and view your available cash balance on the account Dashboard under the cash balance Top Up section.

Save payment documents and notify us about your transfer by attaching it to the Attachments section of the transaction.

​Note: If you specify an incorrect payment reference, it will result in a lengthy process of crediting your funds.
