I forgot my password to my Nexus mobile application. How do I reset it?

I forgot my password to my Nexus mobile application. How do I reset it?

Step 1

Click "Sign In".

Step 2

Click "Forgot password?"

Step 3

Key in the OTP sent to your SMS.

Step 4

Key in the new password.

Note: Password must be between 8 to 16 characters in length with a combination of digits, letters and symbols.

Then, press Next.

Step 5

Key in the password again. Then press "Done".

Congratulations, you have reset your password! You may now log in using your new password.
