Step 1

Click on "Wallet" and select the card to be unlocked.

Note: When you have locked a card, the card will not appear on the main dashboard. It will still be available in the Wallet section, where you will need to unlock it.

Step 2

Select the "Lock Account" toggle.

Note: The toggle in red indicates that the card is currently locked. There is also a label below the card name that indicates that the card is locked.

Step 3

Enter the Payment PIN to authenticate.

After unlocking, the card will be able to make transactions if there is sufficient account balance.
