To withdraw / unload the funds from your Nexus UnionPay virtual debit card back to your Stacker Market account, follow the steps below.

Step 1

Select 'Wallet' from the NexusCard mobile application's home screen.

​Step 2

Click on the 'Transfer' button.

​Step 3

Click on the "Fund Transfer" tab.

Step 4

Select "Company Code" and fill up the company code: 99987020645

Then, click "Next".

Note: The amount will be transferred immediately. No reversal is allowed.

​Step 5

Select the currency (USD or SGD) and input the amount to be transferred. Then, click "Transfer".

Note: The card balance will show according to the currency you have selected.

Step 6
Click "Confirm".

Then, enter your Payment PIN to authenticate.

Step 7

Click "Done".

You will be able to view the transaction under the Fund Transfer>Transfer Record tab.

Note: The funds will be reflected in your Stacker Market account within 3 working days.
