Step 1
Select the card to be unlocked and click on "Wallet".
Step 2
Click on "Manage Account".
Step 3
Select the "Lock Account" toggle.
Note: The toggle in red indicates that the card is currently locked. There is also a label below the card name that indicates that the card is locked.
Step 3
Enter the Payment PIN to authenticate.
After unlocking, the card will be able to make transactions if there is sufficient account balance.
You have successfully unlock/unfreeze/unblock your card.
