Step 1

On the side menu, click on Accumulator.

Step 2

Under the Accumulator Status, click on "View details >" button of the subscription you would like to cancel.

Note: An Accumulator status that shows INACTIVE means that there is no ongoing subscription.

Step 3

Click on the "Cancel Subscription" button.

Step 4

Click on "Proceed".

Congratulations, you have successfully cancelled your subscription!

The Accumulator Status of that subscription will change from ACTIVE to INACTIVE.
