Step 1: Logging on

Once logged in to your dashboard, press “Deposit” at the top action bar.

Step 2: Deposit form

In the deposit form, enter the following information:

  • Enter Amount

  • Select Currency

Click on "Submit".

Step 3: Confirm payment

Review your transaction amount and service fee. When you are ready, enter your password or 2FA (if enabled) and press “Confirm”.

Note: The minimum deposit amount is USD 500.

Step 4: Transaction details

Overview : Click “Overview” tab to review the transaction information. If the information is correct, click the "Beneficiary" tab. On the other hand, if it is inaccurate, click the “Cancel” button.

Note: You may access this page from your Transactions overview section as well, by clicking on the respective transaction. This topic will be covered later on in this article.

Beneficiary: Please submit your bank wire transfer based on the displayed wire instructions. Once complete, click “Mark as paid”.

Please upload a receipt of your wire transfer as soon as possible. This will ensure a faster processing of your deposit transaction. You can do this by clicking on the “Attachment” tab. Upload the remittance slip/bank wire transfer slip/MT103/Swift Copy/Proof of Payment as the supporting documents of the transaction.

Note: The file can be in any of the following formats: jpg, gif, png, pdf (max. 5MB)

Note: You can always revisit your transaction details at a later point. Do note that your deposit requests will automatically be cancelled after 7 days if it is not marked as paid.

Congratulations, your transaction is complete!

Your deposit request will be processed as soon as we receive your bank transfer slip and your funds is received in our bank account. Our system will inform you via email about any updates regarding your transactions, or will remind you to mark your deposit as paid in case you forgot.

To review the status of your transaction, click “Transactions” on the main menu on the Dashboard – a list of all your transactions will appear. The fund will also be reflected under "Top Up Account" of your cash balance.

Uploading the proof of payment at a later time

If you did not upload the proof of payment immediately upon the submission of the deposit instruction, you may access the instructions by doing the following.

Note: Your deposit requests will automatically be cancelled after 7 days if it is not marked as paid.

Step 1: Under the Transactions section at the bottom of the dashboard, click on "View all".

Step 2: Select the transaction. The subject will be described as "Deposit from Personal bank account". Click on the subject of the correct transaction.

Step 3: The transaction Overview of the deposit will be displayed. Check if that is the correct transaction which bank wire transfer had been made. Then, click on the "Attachments" tab.

Step 4: Attach the remittance slip/bank wire transfer slip/MT103/Swift Copy/Proof of Payment. Then, click "Upload files".

Step 5: The transaction status will be updated from "Pending" to "Processing".

Congratulations, your transaction is complete!
